[Restauro] - Toyota Corolla GT (AE86) '85

Boas,

Há muito tempo que não conseguia fazer log-in neste fórum, hoje finalmente consegui aceder após ter feito log-in a partir de outro fórum.

Finalmente dediquei-me a reportar o restauro do meu AE86 com bastantes fotos, demorei muito tempo a carregar as fotos por isso espero que apreciem.

Tudo começou em Setembro de 2005 quando encontrei um AE86 a um preço que me pareceu aceitável para o estado do carro: 1500€.
Após negociar-se, o preço baixou para 1250€ o que me pareceu justo face ao estado do carro.
6 mãos de livrete, 270.000 Km, indícios de ter batido de frente e capotado.
Se fosse hoje pediam-me para aí 3000 €, enfim, pior é quem dá esse dinheiro por um AE86.

O dia em que o carro chegou a minha casa, eu tinha tanta vergonha do carro que até pedi a um amigo para o ir buscar. Todo vermelho, piscas e farolins fumados, jantes para aí de uma Hiace... Verdadeiro pimp style.

O carro era e é um fase I com a frente de um fase II.
A principio o objectivo era torna-lo um fase I mas depois como não gostava mesmo dos interiores em vermelho/castanho, decidi transforma-lo quase a 100% num fase II.

Sei que me vão condenar por não estar a pôr o carro original mas gosto muito do carro com alguns toques de japonês a puxar aos carros de competição.

A ideia inicial era trocar os para-choques por uns pretos, arranjar alguns podres, trocar as jantes e os farolins e piscas.

No entanto rapidamente vi que o restauro tinha de ser mais profundo e mais rapidamente me fartei da cor vermelha, eu adoro carros brancos e como tal decidi pinta-lo de branco, logo tinha de o desmontar até ao ultimo parafuso.

Tive oportunidade de ver esta máquina ao vivo há uns dias a trás e por muito boas que as fotografias estejam, não fazem justiça ao estado do carro, que é soberbo.
