Aqui ficam algumas fotos das várias versões dentro deste modelo. Cherry julgo ser o nome dado a esta série na sua versão hatchback.. estou certo!?

Convêm evitar confusões:
Os Sunny eram modelos de tração traseira e os Cherry de tração dianteira.
A sequencia de Sunnys foi:B110,B210,B310,etc
A dos Cherry se não me engano,mas posso confirmar amanhã foi:E 10,etc
Contudo nos States houve alguns nomes comerciais que se mantiveram,embora já não representassem a série dos modelos.Estas situações estão perfeitamente documentadas na história da Nissan.Assim os americanos puderam chamar um 3.10 a um modelo que já não era um B310.Confuso?Pois, mas foi assim, porque nessa altura os japoneses andavam baralhados e o mercado americano é que mandava.

O Sunny B310 não tem nada a ver com o Cherry.

Os códigos dos Sunny são:
-B10 - Datsun 1000 (Sunny no Japão)
-B110 - Datsun 1200 (Sunny no Japão)
-B210 - Datsun 120Y (Sunny no Japão e Datsun B210 nos EUA)
-B310 - Datsun Sunny (Datsun 210 nos EUA e Datsun 120Y/140Y em alguns mercados da Europa)

Os códigos dos Cherry são:
-E10 - Datsun 100A/120A (Cherry no Japão)
-F10 - Datsun 100A/120A (Cherry no Japão e Datsun F10 nos EUA)
-N10 - Datsun Cherry (Datsun 310 nos EUA e Datsun 130A/150A em alguns mercados da Europa)

The B310 launched in November 1977 was the final rear wheel drive Sunny to be built. The car now had a four link rear axle with coil springs in place of the B210's leaf sprung rear. The first B310's came with round headlights and all chrome bumpers although rubber end caps were soon added. The car came as a 1200 or 1400 in Japan initially in a bewildering range of models and specifications. Two and four door sedans as well as a coupe and wagon were the first body styles but were joined by a new fastback wagon in January 1979. There was also a panel van version which was a three door rather than a five door like the wagon. At the end of 1979 the range was restyled with new square headlight grilles but still with chrome bumpers. At the same time the dash was revised too. The new A15 1500cc engine was employed in various models (only coupes in the UK) and a 5 speed transmittion was added. As a point of interest, the very last B310's in Japan came as 1300cc (in CT and GS models) and 1500cc. these could be the A13 and A15 but although I can't be 100% sure I believe these may possibly have been E series engines as it was then November 1980 and four months later the N10 Cherry range also recieved an upgrade to the new E series engines. Anybody know for sure?
